Sustainable Planet Shop Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders placed by 12pm are processed the same working day and dispatched within 2 working days. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Any custom handmade orders will be processed and dispatched within the agreed timeframe when placing your order.
UK Shipping Charges & Times
Shipping within the UK starts at £2.95.
Currently you can choose from four convenient shipping options:

Royal Mail Standard 3-5 working day delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class 2-3 Working day delivery

All orders over £50 will be sent tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
If you are requiring a tracked order or faster delivery please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

International Orders
European delivery is offered at a rate of £8.50. EU countries delivery aim is 3-5 days. Other European countries may take up to 15 days.
The 'rest of the world delivery' is offered at a rate of £12.50 with a delivery aim of 5-10 days. ​
Customer Service
When you place your order, we will request your email address to enable us to send you order and dispatch confirmation.
As part of the order process, we also request a contact number, which can be your mobile or landline. This will allow us to assist you in the unlikely event you experience any issues with your delivery.
To give you peace of mind, we are a friendly bunch and are always available (within stated office hours) and are happy to help with any order queries or delivery issues.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our products.

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us straight away.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it in.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and happily process your refund, condition permitting. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used when purchasing the item.

Unfortunately, if the product has been damaged in any way or 30 days has passed since making your purchase you will not be eligible for a refund.

If for any reason you have received and incorrect order or faulty product please follow the steps above where we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund as soon as we have received the return.

OUR PACKAGING POLICY
Recycled and minimal packaging.

We use only recycled and recyclable packaging.
We are very conscious of the impact of plastics on our environment, so from good old fashioned envelopes and cardboard boxes to paper tape we will make sure your order is wrapped and delivered, safely and securely without a smidgen of plastic in sight!

Please note your order confirmation will also be emailed to you and we won't include a delivery note with your order unless requested to save on paper.
