Hi! my name is Sarah and I am just starting out with the Sustainable Planet Shop..
I am a hardworking, finger to the grindstone kind of girl, not afraid to get my hair messy or my nails dirty, more of a lover than a fighter who likes to get along with pretty much everyone!
At school I was always very arty, forever drawing, painting and crafting. I always loved playing outside and loved animals (and still do). Growing up I became a little bit of a hippy at college, making friends and enjoying life, being carefree and fun loving.
Now I’m quite a bit older and have a little family, a husband, two kids and a dog. I still love nature and the great outdoors and we try to live a happy, considerate lifestyle.
I believe knowledge is power and I strongly believe in community and grass roots. We try to live responsibly, it can be hard with the kids in this day and age but they love the outdoors too and we try to encourage that. I started the sustainable planet shop to try and make it easier and more affordable for everyone else to try being a bit more sustainable in the way they live too, ethically, eco-consciously and happily.
